What’s Next:

All vendors have been sent an email with there sale horse lot numbers. 

• If you need to update your sale horse remarks, please send those through via email. We know many horses are out there competing in different disciplines, so you may want to add in their recent achievements.
  • The catalogue has not been finalised, no updates or changes can be made. However, we will be able to update the remarks on the online horse profiles, which are available for viewing via the website.
• Stabling requests send in via email - we do our best to ensure horses travelling together, or those with a trainer, are stabled together.
• Withdrawals from now leading into the sale must be notified via email. There is strictly a no refund policy, as stated in the terms and conditions when nominating.
• Vendor packs will be posted out once the catalogues have been printed. We are aiming to have these mailed by early October, however this will depend on when we receive the printed catalogues. These packs will include:
  • A copy of the sale catalogue
  • All important information and details on what is required when coming to Dalby
  • Other event details relevant to your participation
    Please ensure you take the time to look through and read all the information provided in your vendor pack carefully.
• Sale horse photos and videos can be uploaded via the website.
  • Videos must be uploaded as a YouTube link.
  • Photos and videos will be uploaded to your horse’s online profile (they will not be printed in the sale catalogue).
  • Photos/videos can be uploaded at any time leading up to the sale.
  • Submission will CLOSE Wednesday 2nd Dec 12 noon. 

The online horse profiles are available on the website for the public to view.

Vendors cannot access or update these profiles themselves. If you have any changes, please send them via email and we will update them for you.
