All sale nominations and payments are processed online. If you are unable to do this, please contact us.
Horse must be ASHS registered prior to nomination.
Pending ASHS registrations are accepted as long as they are processed prior to nominations closing.
All horse details and pedigree for the sale catalogue will be taken from the Australian Stock Horse Society's registration database, so it is important to ensure your horse's registration details are current and correct with the Society before nominating. The information you provide below is only for verification purposes and will not be used in the catalogue.
TOTAL NOMINATION FEE: $700.00 (inc GST)
Includes a beast for sale pre-works and also the sale on Saturday & Sunday.
Commission of 7% + GST will apply on sale price in respect to SOLD lots; from day of sale to ten days after the advertised sale date.
There is now the option to pay via EFT/Direct deposit, simply select this option at checkout. Bank details are below:

Payments being made via direct deposit/EFT must be received within 3 days of nomination being submitted.
Nominations will be discarded if payment has not been made within this time. A receipt will be issued once payment has been received and nominations are closed.
What information do you need to complete nomination?
· Horse registration needs to be current and correct, and a copy of the ASH Certificate of Registration uploaded to online nomination (not a screenshot from the ASH Online Studbook). If registration is pending please upload a copy of the completed registration form.
· Vendor needs to be a current financial member of ASHS, and membership number supplied.
· Correct trading & bank details.
· Photos & videos of your horse can be submitted by using the Sale Photos Submission form at any time leading up to the sale. These will be uploaded to your horse's online profile.
· Credit card details if paying via online payment system.
· After submitting nomination, vendors will need to download and complete the Vendor Declaration and return via email to: [email protected]
· Nominations are not secure and finalised until horse registrations are eligible, all requirements meet, vendor declarations signed and returned and payment for nominations have been received.
