Multiple horses can be nominated using this form, if they are under the same ASHS ownership.
All sale nominations and payments are processed online. If you are unable to do this, please contact us.
Horse must be ASHS registered prior to nomination.
Pending ASHS registrations are accepted only if the registration application has already been lodged with the Australian Stock Horse Society before the horse is nominated. Proof of the pending registration must be provided, and the horse's registration must be completed before nominations close.
As all horse details and pedigree for the sale catalogue will be taken directly from the Australian Stock Horse Society registration database, it is important to ensure your horse's registration details are current and correct with the Society before nominating. The information you provide below is for verification purposes only and will not be used in the catalogue.
TOTAL NOMINATION FEE: $992.00 (inc GST)
Nomination Fee: $772.00 (Inc GST)
Facility Operations fee: $220.00 (Inc GST)
Total of $992.00 (Inc GST) - This fee is payable per horse and is strictly non refundable.
Includes a beast for Pre-works and the Sale.
Commission of 7.5% + GST is payable on the sale price of all horses sold either through the auction or
by private sale from the date of the sale until ten (10) days after the advertised final sale day.
Payment may be made online or via EFT/Direct Deposit.
Payments made by EFT/Direct Deposit must be received within three (3) days of the nomination being submitted.
Nominations that remain unpaid after this period may be cancelled without notice.
What information do you need to complete nomination?
- Horse must have a current ASHS Registration Certificate. Upload a copy of the Certificate of Registration (screenshots from the ASHS Online Studbook will not be accepted). If registration is pending, upload a copy of the registration application already lodged with the ASHS.
- Vendor must be a current financial member of the ASHS and provide their membership number.
- Correct trading & bank details.
- Photos & videos of your horse can be submitted by using the Sale Photos Submission form at any time leading up to the sale. These will be uploaded to your horse's online profile.
- Credit card details if paying via online payment system.
- After submitting nomination, vendors will need to download and complete the Vendor Declaration and return via email to: [email protected]
Nominations are not secure and finalised until horse registrations are eligible, all requirements meet, vendor declarations signed and returned and payment for nominations have been received.
